The collection contains miscellaneous legal papers including a bill of indictment in a case of assault by Davis Harris upon Michael Wilson from the Superior Court, Hillsborough District, 1769. Also, a 19th century copy of "Trial Causes to Hillsborough Superior Court, September Term, 1770," a record of mock trials conducted by the Regulators, involving Edmund Fanning, Harmon Husband, Charles Rust Easton, Abner Nash, Thomas Person, John Williams, and others. Also, three warrants against Harmon Husband, 1770-1771, in connection with suits by Thomas Clarke and Nimrod Tyrrell for debts.
