The collection is a broadside printed in Augusta, Ga., in 1861 for the Organization of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in the Confederate States of America. The broadside lists the officers of the assembly and the presbyteries, ministers, and ruling elders for the synods of Baltimore, Virginia, North Carolina, Nashville, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Memphis, Arkansas, and Texas. The broadside provides the names of standing committees and the ministers serving on them. Standing committees include Judicial, Domestic Missions, Foreign Missions, Devotional Exercises, and Systematic Benevolence.
