Abstract |
Farm journals of David Golightly Harris of Spartanburg County, S.C., with detailed
accounts of daily farm work, including the management of slaves, and discussion of
the Civil War and Reconstruction. While Harris was away serving in the Confederate
Army entries were written by his wife.
