Lee containing hundreds of color advertising cards; greeting cards; clippings on a variety of subjects including Confederate history, particularly the role of Southern women in the war; a program of the Ravenscroft School Handicap Athletic Meeting, 1891; and a few items concerning events in Asheville. Two of three volumes were originally used as account books, 1860-1861; items that were pasted in cover virtually all account entries. |

Lee, containing hundreds of color advertising cards; greeting cards; clippings on a variety of subjects including Confederate history, particularly the role of Southern women in the war; a program of the Ravenscroft School Handicap Athletic Meeting, 1891; and a few items concerning events in Asheville, N.C. There is also one clipping regarding a visit of President Grover Cleveland to Asheville, 1887, and a group of clippings on the death of Jefferson Davis, 1889. Two of three volumes were originally used as account books, 1860-1861; items that were pasted in cover virtually all account entries.
