William Nassau Hawks (died 1865) was an Episcopal clergyman in Columbus, Ga. His son, Cicero Hawks (died 1865), lived for a time in Alabama.

Chiefly letters of condolence, 1865, to William Nassau Hawks on the death of his son in Alabama, and to Hawks's wife later in the year, on his death; and three volumes of accounts, 1824-1863, for miscellaneous activities, chiefly in Muscogee County, Ga., concerning crop sales, hogs killed, leather, real estate, legal work, and medical treatment.
