Abstract | Howell Webb (fl. 1863-1864) was probably lieutenant colonel in the 11th Tennessee Infantry Regiment, Confederate States of America. He was a prisoner of war at Johnson's Island, Ohio. The collection includes a microfilmed autograph book of Webb, while imprisoned at Johnson's Island. Names included are chiefly of prisoners from Tennessee, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
