Abstract | Henry Bradford (fl. 1804-1811) of Halifax County, N.C., was the son of John Bradford (d. 1786?) and presumably a Methodist minister. The collection is a hymn book of Henry Bradford. The book contains nine pages of printed hymns and 142 pages of handwritten words to hymns, some dated, and some signed by Henry Bradford, suggesting that he was their author. |
