John Dillard Bellamy (24 March 1853-25 September 1942), was a Democratic congressman, North Carolina legislator, politician, lawyer, and manufacturer. He was born in Wilmington, N.C., the son of Dr. John Dillard Bellamy and Eliza McIlhenny Harriss. He served in the North Carolina Senate in 1891-1892 and in the United States Congress from 1899 to 1903.
