Abstract | The Rosemary Manufacturing Company was a textile manufacturer in Roanoke Rapids, N.C. The collection is a time book, 1908-1911, from the spinning room of the Rosemary Manufacturing Company. Entries in the ledger show employees' weekly work hours, total wages, deductions including rent, and wages due. The ledger begins in September 1908 and runs on a weekly basis until July 1911. Inside the front cover, there is an inscription showing that the ledger belonged to Mrs. J.W. Saunders of Roanoke Rapids, N.C. |
