Abstract | Records of the North Carolina Society of New York, an upper class social club founded in 1898 for North Carolinians residing in New York, include membership applications and directories, minutes of trustees' board meetings, bylaws, financial records, officers' reports, photographs, and printed items such as newspaper clippings event programs and invitations. Much of the collection pertains to the organization's membership by application, financial operations, and events, particularly the Annual Dinner Dance. |
