William Cherry was a resident of Edgecombe County, N.C. The collection is a signed probate agreement, 22 March 1819, concerning the legal
transfer of William Cherry's Edgecombe County estate to his daughter Nancy Lingo and
her husband Woodman Lingo, both of Adams County, Miss.
