Abstract Lesa Ukman co-founded IEG Inc. (www.sponsorship.com) in 1981 and serves as its President and Chairman. Prior to founding IEG, she served in the Mayor's Office of Special Events for the City of Chicago, creating the blueprint for sponsorship of festivals and municipal marketing. The collection consists of posters relating to music festivals, including the Beale Street International Festival, Bubmershoot, Jimi Hendrix Guitar Festival, New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, Cowboy Poetry, Montreaux Jazz Festival, and Chicago Kool Jazz Festival.

Lesa Ukman co-founded IEG Inc. (www.sponsorship.com) in 1981 and serves as its President and Chairman. Prior to founding IEG, she served in the Mayor's Office of Special Events for the City of Chicago, creating the blueprint for sponsorship of festivals and municipal marketing. She is on the faculty of Northwestern University's Master of Arts in Sports Administration program. Ms. Ukman graduated from Colorado College with a B.A. in philosophy and political science.
