Abstract Sound and Fury was a student performance group founded by Caroll McGaughey in 1939 and recognized by the University as an official student organization in 1942. The group formed as a place for students to gather and write, plan, produce and act in musical theater on campus. This collection consists of musical scores from a show produced by Sound and Fury, audio recordings of a number of the group's performances, and programs from their performance of "Thieves’ Holiday."
