Abstract The Department of Environment, Health, and Safety at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is responsible for providing health and safety training, conducting inspections, promoting regulatory compliance, and other related functions at the university. Records consist of one VHS copy of the 11-minute video "Your Link to Fire Safety" produced by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997. The video was produced as part of increased fire safety measures following the May 1996 Phi Gamma Delta fraternity house fire which killed five students.
